Any fellow Palace fans coming to Oz for the ashes?
If so the individual supporters clubs in each city will be posting where they are showing games and meeting up here:

As much as I love my cricket it's a bit of a case of, "what Ashes series". Unfortunately it is being shown on BT sport in this country which means that only about 0.01% of the country get to see it. Sky has gone right down the toilet I'm afraid in terms of the sport they have lost.

Nice post by the way, good to see the effort put in to get fellow Palace supporters together.

Blame BT. Sky invest in England, BT don't. Why should we pay them (CA) £16m a year for an Ashes every 4 years and the Big Bash, wish is all that is of interest really in terms of cricket played in Australia.

I bet they pay the ECB next to nothing for England's home games.

Wash your mouth out!

I'm disappointed it's not on Sky but it's still worth staying up to listen on TMS. Brilliant coverage as always.

The same can't be said for BT's. It's a hodge podge of channel 5 and BBC second rate talent with no atmosphere like there is in the Sky commentary box.

And they've gone down the Aussie/Indian route of giving everything a sponsor.

"This interview is brought to you by Yorkshire Tea". Cue Hoggard in a Yorkshire Tea branded top and mug.

I was up until 3.00am this morning listening to it on the radio which really is not the same as TV. Don't get me wrong, I love my test cricket but I don't think cricket needs the lack of publicity that being broadcast on BT Sport brings to it. If you are old enough you will know what pay per view did to boxing. It went from one of the most watched sports in the UK to one of the least watched in the space of about 2 years!
