this was only 2 months ago hes still got it shows nice technical skills but not too informative on whether he'll still do it on a full size pitch.. not that that is stopping me getting slightly flustered that this may actually come off.

Have to say I'm worried by this, we have only just come out of administration our finances must still be a bit dodgy. Do we want to spend the kind of money he will demand? I think caution is the name of the game not rushing headlong into spending money we may not have.

Davids would be good for the young players, Good for increase in attendances and sales of replica shirts, good for new players wanting to join Palace, its a good deal all round. Now I have convinced myself, can we convince the man and managerment?

EiC, who am I kidding?! I shouldn't but I'm just thinking about him at the press conference holding up the red+blue and positively getting very flustered at the thought of him playing in the sash. Got to stop now because it's gonna be a downer if it doesn't come off now.

Don't mean to put a downer on things , but now it is out in the open he is looking to return to London I do worry that someone will steel him.
