Just seen this If Brighton think they have a chance of landing Michael Owen then surely this is worth a punt for for us. Ok his wages my be a bit of an issue but with the likes of Owen at Palace think of the revenue we will get. Personally I think it would be a bit of great business.

We might get about eight or nine minutes on the pitch out of him before he's back on the treatment table for two years. A crock, and a f*cking expensive one at that.

We could probably afford him, if we managed we didn't have to pay the other 11 men on the pitch, and possibly the 5 on the bench. Or simply bought his debt from his loan shark. Thats why his knee keeps giving out, too many punishment beatings over gambling debts.
