Blue n Red, just fill out two forms. One for your girlfriend and son and one for you and your son and mate. Edited by Forest Hillbilly (21 Feb 2012 12.55pm)

Is there any issues with bringing 3 adults and 1 child? Or does it have to be limited to 2 adults? Any idea?

Could you have 2 adults and no children?

Hi, It is fine to have 3 adults and 1 child, just confirmed it with the box office. Also, they told me that the issue number on the front should be the CVS number (i.e. last 3 digits on the back of the card). They made a mistake. Plus, you can email your form to: oxoffice@cpfc.co.uk">boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk This is fine, and probably more secure way of sending in payment details rather than by post. Kev

I scanned the completed form and sent it by e-mail to the box office for the Derby game when they last did this promotion. The tickets are completely flexible and you could have one adult and three kids if you wanted. Great initiative by the club!

I understand the organisation has to have been pre agreed with CPFC. I want to apply but don't know of any school, church or organisation that has agreement with CPFC for this deal. If anyone can let me know there organnisation I am happy to put that down so they and my family/friends can benefit. Thanks.
