A mate's a Saints fan - he heard yesterday that they'd sold 5000
Trivial fact - Palace usually win 5-1 at least once a season, maybe next season? |

Apparently we have given them the whole of the Arthur or pretty much all of it? They seem to be getting quite cocky about how they can 'take over' Selhurst for the day. On Southampton's official site they are saying in '99 they brought OVER 9,000 fans to Selhurst. They actually refer to the day as Dellhurst... Now I'm pretty sure that's not at all true which p*sses me off a bit cos Saints away support has always been ok but not great so 9,000 sounds a ridiculous amount. In fact, I have never known us to give an away allocation larger than 6,000 certainly not in the last 20 years. Unless someone who was at the game can correct me? Anyway, I hope we turn 'em over.

Give em more Just couldnt see us taking that many, only just managed 5k to Manure Well done the Saints great support
I can't ever see them giving us the same allocation if we were in the same position. F*ck 'em, give them the 5,000 and see if any of them feel brave enough to sit in the home end. Dunno what that has to do with anything The wife's a saint and will be sat in the lower tier, just hope she doesn't chear any goals like she did Higginbothams equalizer in in 2005.

'dellhurst' refers to a game against wimbledon in may 99 when they did bring around 9k So the whole attendance would have been 9100 then
Pinch me, I'm dreaming, but if it is don't let me know. |

What attendance we expecting! I'm guessing !8k - 19K

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Tickets for Southampton' by Old Chap Hi, Normally get tickets on door, but going to try online. When is the box office open on Monday before the game do I can get them without a huge queue? Also, upper holmesdale, is that a good place to sit, or is the main stand better? Cheers
