E-Ticket Not Working

Need to print off E-ticket before Monday v Southampton. The option to 'print E-ticket' isn't on the email received & it isn't there this time when you go into your history inside the online ticket purchase area of the official site.

Thanks for any help in advance if this is quickly resolved. Looks pretty urgent considering CPFC bashed out a load of emails with 'Dougie Freedman' as sender, you can't print the ticket & it's a 4 day weekend.

If you can't click on the transaction to print the e-ticket you will have accidentally left the option as "paper ticket" and will have to collect on the day from the portacabin. Take a printout of the email just in case.

I had the same problem last week and so went to the box office to collect a paper ticket. Unbeknown to me if you have a Palace membership card the ticket gets loaded on to it - which also saves your own ink cartridges. You just take the card to the turnstiles and swipe it instead.

This may have been what has happened to you - but if you do have to go to the box office with your ref no for the booking, you dont need to queue up with everyone else- just go to the window and they will help you out.

I'll try phoning them Saturday. The E-ticket option was chosen about 3 or so weeks ago. The click through isn't contained on the email but it is on my account history via cpfc,(om. The clickthrough doesn't work in the account booking history.
