surely with norwich doing so well in prem and holt morrison pilkington and jackson all getting among the goals!i presume they will still try and get another proven striker in!
where would that leave vaughan?
ideal partner for murray?

Would be great, but dont think Vaughan will budge, he will have to much to prove, if he stays fit,and has a good pre season, he will be back in the frame come the start of the season.

Just when I thought that I was out...........they pull me back in

Doesnt score enough goals for a striker and much too injury prone for us and this is the main reason he hasnt figured for Norwich this season. Also his wages would be fairly high and i think we could do better for our progression.

To be fair to him, his injury was caused by an elbow to the face that broke his face.

Keep the Faith.

The Premiership will come again, even though the Championship is where the 'real' football is.

And also Norwich paid a substantial fee for him less than a year ago

He'd be ideal - we miss his movement off the ball. It's just his injury record that puts me off, but if we could sign someone like Luke Varney permanently, I'd be delighted to offer Vaughney another loan stint.

He was better than anyone we have currently. Pace, tremendous work rate, as good at holding the ball up as Murray and decent finishing.

I'd have him back, worked hard and did well for us. We might be able to get him on loan, but I can't see us getting him permanetly.

He's going to put lots of effort in pre-season though you'd expect & as clubs get worked out a bit in their 2nd season, there may be opportunities for him still at Norwich. Will Holt and/or Morison be as high performing again whilst also staying injury free? Maybe we'd not get much more than a loan with 'option to recall' or whatever it's designed as. I agree with Freedman in that unless you're fighting relegation or for promotion then loans aren't that attractive to a club, especially us. When they perform for us they look for bigger & better deals, ambition etc.
