The European Cup was lost by the other teams not Won by Chelsea. They barely attempted to get out of their half in 3 matches. I grant you God is a CFC supporter or it just would not have happened.
The good thing to come out of this is hopefully Terry wont get his place back.

Just hope this doesn't initiate a sea change in approach as the World Cup in 1982 did, when the boring and ultra negative Italians beat the beautifully artistic and brilliant Brazil, knocking football tactics into a dark period. Even Brazil became a lot more conservative after that.

That might get you the odd bit of progress or success in knockout competitions but it won't get you success in league formats where you have to play 20 or so clubs twice. Never has, never will. What they've done happens every so often. Goalposts helping you at Stamford Bridge, Nou Camp, Munich...

It brought tears to my eyes to see those heroic Londoners beating the Germans once and for all at their own stadium. I've never been more proud. They will truly go down in history as the greatest team of all time, both on and off the field.

had a real fun time watching the game in Milwaukee in a bar full of germans...They were all wearing "European Champions 2012" t-shirts ..arrogant s*ds..And i loved the banner in the stadium "Our stadium ,our team, our trophy" (rough translation).. I'm not a fan of Chelski,but it sure feels good that an english team stuffed the germans, and on penalties too ! To err is human-to arr is pirate
