The administrator has accepted a proposed one from ex-owner Balram Chanrai. Surely that is just going round in circles?

That's might be something to do with keeping more parachute money or something. He still owns the land round the ground too. SW16 Girl on the BBS knows all the details as to what's going on. Haven't read anything for a while but she can read between the lines and see why they do what for what.
