who can remember there first palace game the attended, for me it was october 1993 v stoke city, which we won 4-1,Jhon solako made his returm from injury to score a hat trick and Gareth Southgate got the other, good times

1978 Racecourse ground v Wrexham. Won 4-2 I believe, although was distracted by my first ever Palace scarf and bobble hat, so proud of that! Second game was at goldstone ground 1979 I think, can't remember the score, was (by then) distracted by my first exposure to swear words! I don't remember anything about the game but do recall asking my uncle what a w***er was? It appeared Swindlehurst was a w***er on that day for a large section of the crowd!! Happy Days!!

September 71 v Man U. Lost 2 or 3-1. I was 8. Went with mates (no adults) who assumed that I'd support Man U from then on. Pah! What a dull life I would have led....

1979 Palace 1 Arsenal 0. Was 7 years old, standing area of the main stand. Didn't see much as my father could only lift me up for short periods. What a thrill to be part of a massive crowd though (and hearing the eagles chant for the first time). Ahhh halcyon days.

I don't remember what my 1st match was but the earliest I can remember was the 1-0 loss against PSV EINDHOVEN in 04 I was 10 and a bird s**t on my head twice
