Got a feeling it was at the Dell. Think we won 3-2 and Ian Wright bagged a couple, including 'Goal of the Month'. First trip to Selhurst was at the end of the 1991 season, when we beat Man Utd 3-0. Superb.

Funnily enough I can't remember the details of my first game. So this thread is surely the perfect place to ask. It was about 12 years ago. Maybe a bit more. There was a pitch invasion. I think we were getting relegated. Thats all I can really remember. Can anyone think of what game this might have been? There can't have been that many pitch invasions over the years ?!

Palace 1 - 1 Inter Milan, Anglo Italian Cup 1971 (or 1970?). It was back down to earth for the next one. Tranmere Rovers at home for one of our first matches back in Division 3. A lad named Steve Coppell was playing for Tranmere.

City May 69 1-0 Queen, free kick 30 yards out lobbed over wall Queen runs through and slots home. Laughed like crazy at Jacko's time-wasting antics at the end and got a ticking off from my uncle. We stayed up with 27 points, only 6 wins all season, Wednesday and Sunderland relegated on 26 & 25 points. Great night of so many great nights.
