Good manager in my eyes. Done well at Porto, had the right players for his style and played some good football. Tried to change too much in to short time at Chelsea and fell flat on his @rse. I think he might learn his mistakes from that and do well at Spurs. As much I hope he does s**t though. Rednkapp was treated like a mug and didn't deserve it.

No, Redknapp thought the grass was greener & assumed the England job was his, when it appeared that this wasn't the case - he turned on his heels & went to Levy demanding a new megabuck contract.

The second half of his season was atrocious, as is always the case with Redknapp's teams.

Spurs, as much as i dislike them/Levy, were well rid in my opinion.

When did Rednkapp ever publicly say "I want the England job"? He was honest and said it would be hard to turn down but never took liberties with spurs.

He achieved so much for spurs who was floating about with relegation when he took over. The whole England job probably did affect that second half of the season. But at one point that was being talked for the title around christmas time.

Maybe he did ask for a massive dollar contract but the least he deserved was an offer. It's alright for players to demand massive new contracts and get them, but Harry deserves more credit.
