It says in papetalk that Goodwillie,s been sent back to Blackburn.
Anyone know if its true?

Could be if we're not playing him, no doubt we'll be paying wages and if Dougie thinks he's useless then it's of no benefit for him to be here.

Don't think it's true, he's been unlucky since he joined us! The first game he joined, Murray started his scoring!

I feel he's a bit unlucky that the moment he's signed the form has changed so dramatically that it would be foolish to drop Murray.

However, his mere presence in the squad may be a factor in Murray's new-found form. We need competition for places to bring out the best in people.

Of course, the fact that Murray has done well has no baring whatsoever on the interests of Blackburn and Goodwillie, so it's understandable if they/he preferred be return.

Personally, I think we need him. Not sure how long his loan deal was, but there's 7 months of a season left, and the players who have excelled in September and October cannot be expected or relied-upon to keep this peak of form going indefinitely.
