O'keefe Out On Loan

Think this guy has real potential and could be a truly great player for us in a couple of years, just hope he doesn't become one of those players who goes out on loan and then decides he wants to leave! Really rate O'keefe though thought he was fantastic last season, just a shame that he's now been put out of the picture abit by the form of jedinak/KG and the return of joniesta(not that i'm complaining about that though)

yeah, he's a good one alright but there is a lot of competition in midfield at the moment. Chatted to him at the Family Day - seems a nice guy too.

I'm gutted!. I thought he was our better bets for the future. Going out on loan from Selhurst is the kiss of death so I guess its goodbye Okeefe. Some things nver change at the Palace so I guess I can only grin and bear it or just cry in me beer. I been doing it for 68 years!.

If either KG or Jedi gets injured/suspended then we dont have a natural def mid as a backup. I'd have thought O'Keefe would be the replacement? Although Dougie has played Garvan in that position...

Not sure about the fuss over O'Keefe, he seemed ok to me, never really stood out. He wont become a Palace great im afraid as he isnt good enough and hes had plenty of opportunities to make his mark.
Its time for a pep talk ! |
