It would appear that that is the Chairman's final word on the subject.

My gut instinct is that Dougie will get his own way and they will all end up at Bolton. However if the Bolton board stick to their guns expect Freedman, Lawrence and Fleming to end up at Ipswich, who are basically what we were two years ago; a complete mess. This whole scenario is very very sad. It wouldn't surprise me if Dougie is regretting this whole sorry episode as we all are. I still wish him well though.

That would seem to expedite our search for a manager. I would expect Coppell in charge by Thursday evening/Friday..

Good news, the longer this drags on the worse it will be. We just need to get it over with and move on as soon as possible before the team come unstuck.

Managers invariably take their coaching staff and assistants with them. The sooner everyone accepts this we can all move on. No player is going before January, the transfer window isn't open until then and we are not going to loan out players given where we are in the league.
Taking the Sorry to see Lee Hills go, did we ever see Alex Marrow? We did January 2013 |

With all LL's experience I would expect him to think long and hard before agreeing to move to a team that's at the wrong end of the table when there's so much going for him at Palace, unless he has no alternative. He's got a track record of getting three teams promoted from this division - the Clowns, Boro and Cardiff - in his career, so could be worth keeping him on.
It is very special this place, ask any player who has ever played for us how they feel about it - Ian Holloway |

I think Dean Austin is at Bolton.Didn't he get the sack because of a fall out with Dougie when he was at Palace?
