Think of all the people/places that take cash and there are thousands upon thousands of them from cleaners, child-minders, builders/construction, cafes, pubs, market stalls, scarf sellers at Selhurst etc etc and the list goes on.
Agreed, everyone has to spend, but many things would be far dearer for many if every single penny was to be accounted for.
I get your point and realise how mine comes across but every economy needs a 'black market' to some degree....imo.
