Bet365 doing the free £50 matched bet. If you want to do the goals under and over then you have to select the match and on the match screen select the 'goals' tab at the top and then 'alternative total goals' under the under/over 2.5 area.

Champions League Final In-Play Bet Offer

Real Madrid take on city rivals Atletico in the Champions League final on Saturday 24th May – and we’ve got a fantastic In-Play bet offer to add to the excitement.

Place a pre-match bet on the Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid game and we will give you a risk free In-Play bet to the same stake on the big match.

To qualify for your risk free In-Play bet, simply place a bet before kick-off, then once the game starts place another bet on any In-Play market. If your FIRST In-Play bet loses we will refund this stake, up to the same value as your largest pre-match bet (max £50*).

As always, there'll be plenty to choose from with over 70 In-Play markets available throughout the game including Next Goal, Match Goals, Total Corners, Half-Time Result, Full-Time Result and much more.

Is there a way of using this to guarentee profit?

Think so. If you go for 0.5+ then you'll make £4 from a £50 stake or win £400 at 8/1 and lose the original £50. If you go for 1.5+ then again you'll make about £4 or 2/1 and lose your original £50. All the others have long odds apart from 2.5+ which is either side of evens at 5/4 or 8/13 so pointless.

Just read mart63's post on the BBS:

50 on over 0.5 for me, then 50 in running on the draw. no need to cover the 0-0 as I am backing the draw. (Draw is 12/5 so it's either £4 profit there or £70 after all transactions done)

Will probably do the ht home/ft draw ht away/ft draw at around 16/1 on each. This bet has served me well again this season none better than on last Saturday's matches. (They're now 14/1 each)

Gone Real Madrid to win pre match. They pissed all over Munich and hopefully Costa won't be playing.

Will probably do Benzema or Bale anytime scorer in-play. Will see line ups first tho.

Is the refund a monetary refund rather than a freebet?

No, it's a free bet but doesn't matter. If it's 0-0 or a draw you make £120 and lose £50 so you're £70 up. If it's 1 goal or more you make £4 and get your money back. Invest £2 each in real HT in front and draw at FT and atletico HT in front and FT draw, or more than £2 as it's 14/1 each as that's essentially all you're risking and could be an easy night of 3 figure profit.

No worries. A bit late this morning but it can sometimes be difficult to get your head round and even when it's simple it can too. You can also make an error easily when putting these on.

Here again. You place your actual £50 on 0.5+. If that comes in you get £54 back. You then place a bet in-play on the draw. If that wins you make £100. So, if it's a win after 90mins FT you end on the night £4 up. If it's a 0-0 draw you end up £50 up because you won £100 and lost the actual £50. If it's a score draw you end up £104 up.

I ended up £104 up on that with no risk whatsoever but I also placed some decent money on both real HT/draw FT and atletico HT/draw FT at 14/1 each. Before Real scored I was set to make £4. After they scored it was a whole lot more. Having said that I wanted Atletico to win the CL because that's how we (Palace fan) think.

I knew it would be low scoring but I thought there'd be at least 1 goal, possibly 1 each. Therefore the HT/FT was a good try. Someone on the BBS this morning is nursing missing out on £700 from having £50 on Atletico to win 1-0.

Cheers, I follow that but I was going by thinking it was free bet you received back rather than the actual money. Hey ho.

Congrats, not often you get a risk free bet!

Have you had a look at the World Cup? Some great odds I think such as on Sky you can bet on Top/Bottom of group - Argentina/Iran is 8/11 seems a cert.

Also the individual matches seem to have very generous odds for the big teams against the little ones - couple of accumulators could be very profitable.

Thanks for the info. Apologies if I'm being stupid. If you go for above/below 0.5 goals then if it's above doesn't that leave you £46 down (winning £4 and losing the £50 in play with a £50 free bet?

I had to ring them up because there was nothing on the page saying 'free bet', before or after making a selection once the game started.

It is as simple as this though. You make bet of normal risk up to £50. If it loses, it loses. Your free bet is a free bet, nothing else. You could bet on real to win and atletico to win and end up £50 down if it's a draw. It's only risk free by the selections you make. Because 'the draw bet' covers the 0-0 and the 1st bet is 0.5+, you cannot lose any money. You either make £4, £50 or £104.

Haven't looked yet. The order of games is where acca's might fail. Doesn't mean I definitely won't bet, I may well do. Will have a look. Could be some opportunities when results are needed and games are played at the same time so covering bets is possible.
