I really don't see how people can take any pleasure about winning stuff when it's simply been bought by throwing cash about.

It may well be that Palace have not won the trophies that Chelski have but if we were to win any trophies at least we would now that it wasn't down to simply buying it.

If anything, Chelski, don't you feel a little embarrassed and empty that all you've achieved has beeen through being richer than other clubs?

I know for sure that if Palace were taken over by a multi billiionaire and that onwer simply bought any palyer they wanted and were able to pay for three full squads and then simply bought up many players just to stop anyone else having them, I'd have a very hollow feeling when we won trophies.

One day, perhaps, Chelsea may be able to own every player in the country and then you could come on here and brag about it.

I see many Chelsea 'fans' who have obviously chosen that team as their own when they were about 8 or 9yo simply because they thoughts they'd have bragging rights in the playground and they could say "look what we've won".

Or, indeed, they could go onto a poorer clubs website and say "look what we won".

The point is that I've supported Palace since I was 5 or 6 because my dad used to take me so, regardless of what we win or rather don't win, I will always support them.

Should we ever win a trophy, I'd rather have the glow of that success knowing that it wasn't simply bought.

Good luck to you, Chelski, because come the day you hit league 1 I wonder if you'll simply jump ship and transfer your allegiance to the next richest club in the prem who will make you feel important.

Just to let you know that there is an alternative option to some of the Crystal Palace fans travelling to the game on Friday who require parking.

There is secure parking for the match on Friday 11th March 2016 for £6. The site is a six-minute walk from the stadium. The address is: ISS Facility Services, 14 Commercial Road, RG2 0QJ

Gates will be open at 5.30pm and close promptly at 11pm. There is space for 50 cars.

The car park will have several members of staff operating at any given time, including during the match. The gates will be closed during the game for added security.

Parking is strictly at owners risk and ISS accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle or contents.

Calm down Nigel . Fact is Chelsea won 3 european trophies before Roman even knew we existed ..

2 in a defunct competition no one cared about and 1 in the European version of the Community Shield... which no one cares about.
