To be fair, eagles have never had anything to do with Crystal Palace whereas the Glaziers did. I am sure there have never been that many tigers roaming around the City of Hull either. Can't begin to imagine where Malcolm Allison got the association with eagles from or the red and blue strip whereas there is a link to the tigers in terms of Hull's team colours. I really couldn't get too excited about dropping the word City from the club name because at the end of the day I can still call it what I want ...as indeed can the owner.
