Personally I think a fully fit Paddy at his best would do a reasonable job. I suspect he might be some way off that but if not, it can only be a positive. He certainly has good qualities. Who knows anyway - maybe he makes the 25 and come the last game of the season we have another Hillsborough scenario (the survival I mean) and an injury at the back - that leadership, experience and no-nonsense defending might come in handy. Just glue his fingers together so he can't pull shirts! Hambo..... Paddy is getting a lot of stick on here. We all know that he's not up to Prem standard but i've got a huge amount of time for him. He led the team magnificently in our darkest hour, without him and the rest of the 'admin boys' who played their hearts out even when they weren't getting paid. and secured our safety, we may not even have a club to support anymore. He was tremendous in that nerve wrecking run in and he deserves more respect. It pretty clear that he loves this club and to me he is a legend along with Dazza,Dannsy, Scannell, Lee and the rest. God bless 'em all/

Paddy is getting a lot of stick on here. We all know that he's not up to Prem standard but i've got a huge amount of time for him.
