What is the point of him? We have a hands-on chairman, a Sporting Director and an active manager. Mr. Teflon has been CEO through two Administrations, was castigated for his role during the Goldberg Administration process yet still holds down his position. What does he do, exactly? Three chairmen have hung on to him for reasons I can't fathom. What hold does he have over the club? Does he know where all the bodies are buried? Please explain.

Ron Noades gave Alexander a 100 year 250k P/A contract that has to be paid up in full if his employment is terminated.

I have to agree, he is either really really good at something behind the scenes we don't know about, has dirt on the board or as mentioned above, a contract that is so concrete that they cant get rid without signing over the deeds to Selhurst.

He raises money, organizes dinners/events, gets directors and investors on board, and works very hard for the club. Apart from that he catches up on his sleep when he can.

PA deals with the day-to-day running with the club itself Pulis and Moody deal only with the playing staff PA deals with the other staff, club shop, box office, corporate, etc
