Going on what I've seen from him his season.. I am He's a liability (as showed in the game against wigan) with both goals coming down his side, and he offers naff all going forward. Isit just me or does anything not see this. Get wardy back at right back Asap pulis!!!!

I can only assume he is better at centre half, because he's absolutely terrible at right back.

Just a pretty average RB that's all.
Why would anyone chose to be a Seagull? The Eagle is a far superior creature. The Seagull lives under it's damp pier meekly looking out, blinded by the sheer quality of the Eagle's palace. |

We are yet to concede from his side since he has been at RB i think. and were winning games with Ward in Midfield, why change a system that works?

He is good and has played well recently out of position (excluding Wigan), good crosser and quick. Cant see him ever being played at CB again for us though

Too small to be a top centre back, but not suited to right back either. However, it was obvious he'd been told to show McClean onto his right foot, just a shame that there was so much space between him and the centre half to allow McClean to adjust it on to his left anyway

im with the OP. Awful at rb, but dont rate him at cb that highly either. Only found out recently that we around paid 3mill? for him...madness!
