The Hull keeper obviously thought that he was immune from any punishment considering that the ref wasn’t going to card any Hull player. I can understand why he was so angry at the sending off as that wasn’t part of the agreement.

Hull should be docked points every time Bruce says, "We're" when he means "our." I love the Geordie accent normally, but that's just plain silly.

Could it just be that Palace stay up this year on the back of relative stability...Hull and Cardiff fans despising their owners, Fulham in turmoil, West Ham fans hating Big Sam and some wanting Di Canio as manager? What an irony after decades of mismanagement if stability and unity kept our club up!

With the money Bruce has, he should get the size of his head reduced, it's like a massive jacket potato. Plus he is a prize Cnut!

Good to see him whinge....but I gotta say I thought O'keefe was lucky not to see red...it was only because the goalie was such a tart that he got away with it.

Thought he had a point. Maybe not on the goalkeeper but on the penalties definitely.

The first on Jelavic would have been very soft but the second looked a definite pen. I watched it on sky afterwards and took the guy about ten replays to decide it was probably the right decision as Long was playing for it. Even them I want convinced.

If that is against us then we are all absolutely livid.

Goalkeeper HAD to go although O'Keefe was VERY late.

The Long / Gabbidon one wasnt a pen - at first sight it deffo was for me, but I think the fact that Gabbidon made no challenge whatsoever and Long simply ran in front of him and curled his leg in made the refs mind up - 9 out of 10 refs would have given it - I would have howled if it was against us but the ref was right

Jelavics never - the fact he got up straight away pretty much shows he didnt either which is to his credit really

Still all tough s*** on flat face...excellent

I actually agree. But to suggest as the post originally did that Bruce was a c*nt for thinking they were hard done by over that penalty incident was stupid.

It was a cynical attempt to earn a penalty but had we been on the other side we'd all have been howling at the injustice.

Still who cares now. 3 more points

The most conceited man in football, which is saying something. He and Long deserve each other. Can we erase him from our history books.

I wish we could!. I think he is the most unprincipled man Place has ever head had as mansger. He and last nights ref are both tossers.

The ref was pretty shocking.

However, he was generally shocking for both teams. He got the Long "penalty shout" correct (through blind luck probably.) That was a blatant attempt to con the ref. Contact? yes, but he initiated it and then threw himself to the floor.

Things he got wrong:

-Long SHOULD have been booked for his challenge on Delaney. It was the exact type of challenge that Bolasie got a red for up at their place.-McCGegor should have been booked after his Jerome altercation. Yes Jerome was in the wrong, but McGregor reacted. That's a yellow.

-Joel Ward got cynically hacked down whilst charging towards the area on the break in the first half. Can't remember which Hull player it was, but that is also a yellow.

-Again, can't remember which Hull player it was, but somebody went right through the back of Chamakh in the first half. Definite yellow.

Hull didn't get ONE booking, yet for every single thing he let Hull off for, he blew up and gave against us.

I haven't seen the McGregor/O'Keefe incident so I can't comment if the ref got that right or not. At the time I thought he was going to book O'Keefe and that be done with it.

He was poor, that much i know.

I agree absolutely with this and Long left his foot in at least three other times. People around me were saying "How many more ?"

And the foul on Chamakh was no different to Delaney's on Long, but no yellow.

It's the lack of consistency that gets people riled up.
