Bruce is just getting worried as Hull must of spent the most money out of the 3 promoted sides and we who struggle to sign anyone got 6 pts from him. Plus they've only won 1 out of last 10 games. So he needs to get some excuse in. He's not gonna tell the truth that really he's a s*** manager.
