This lad need's to get a grip (see below) because he seems to see himself as a Messi, Ronaldo and Suarez-type player rolled into one!

No Tom, Lionel M is good at dribbling one-on-one, not you, and as for scoring goals I think I'd rather have a Van Persie or an Aguero than someone who has been rotting at Blackpool.

Who do these people think they are?

From his words concerning his assist-rate I now expect a player second only to God when it come to being the creator supreme.

Did Arsenal know Tom was available when they did £42.5m on Ozil?

Finally for a club in a 'roll your sleeves up' relegation scrap don't expect Tom (his words) to get stuck in and fight and battle.

Apparently it is not his game!

Tom Ince:

"I think I'm good at dribbling with the ball, one-on-one. That’s my ideal situation - I like to try and find some space," said Ince who has netted seven times from the wing this campaign.

"I’d say scoring goals too, after last year. I never really used to score that many goals until then, but I started becoming a little bit more selfish.

"Assist wise, though, my rate has always been good. I got the most in the Championship last year. So if I can carry on and better my weaknesses then I’ll be ok."

Ince says he did think about playing the tough midfielder role like his dad Paul but opted against it from an early age.

He said: "I did consider it, but when I went in for tackles I started crying afterwards. So I though I’d best get myself out wide, out of the way and out of danger!"

Am I missing something?

I think you're the one who needs to a get a grip, he was obviously just responding to questions. You also need confidence in your own ability to be a creative type.

TMJ

Surprising first post … would you not want one of our new signings to be full of confidence and raring to get going? I think we would be worried if he said that he didn't reckon he could make much difference wand not to expect too much from him …

As a supporter, his interview is exactly what I want and expect to hear .. lets hope Ledley says similar uplifting things ...

OP surely a wind-up.

Confident lad, referring to actual stats such as the highest number of assists in the Champ last year; not just saying "I'm the dog's, cos I say I am".

Humble enough to make a joke that he's not a hard man like his dad, and say he'll be working on his weaknesses in order to be a success in the PL.

Good man. Can't wait to see him play for us...particularly after Monday night.

Eh?

What's your agenda, mate? What an utterly odd attack.

So we sign one of the most highly rated young English players around.

A player wanted by a number of clubs and without him kicking a ball for us someone is on here flagging him off...

What's the point in that controversial does equal knowledgeable or even vaguely interesting.

Jog on

The only amazing thing here is your inability to read in context. All the interview contains is what Tom thinks his qualities are and how he's adapted his game. It's not rocket science to realise that but, hey, fill your boots with slating a very hot prospect that decided he wants to play for us...
