Just heard from a Spammers fan that their plans to move out in 2016 has been confirmed. I haven't seen anything on the web about it yet!

What is our current position in location. Are we staying or moving too.

Imagine how hard it will be to get tickets if we are still in the Premier and have to rip down The Arthur or Mainstand.

We're staying.

Steve Browett has said on the BBS that SP and Jeremy Hosking's son have spent "thousands of hours" on stadum development work.

Will be Main Stand or Arthur first. SB favours the Arthur due to poor facilities but he isnt directly involved.

I thought the Mainstand had/has to be done 1st due to its 'Safety' certificate expiring?

I suspect that from a revenue point of view, it'd make more sense to do the Arthur first. My guess is that because the Main Stand has better corporate/entertaining facilities, they could keep leveraging those while the Arthur was being re-built but the rebuilt Arthur would then become the new Main Stand and would include new corporate facilities that could then keep the high-end revenue streams going while the now Main Stand was rebuilt. If they do it the other way round, the revenue loss would be far higher.

I would put up with going to another stadium for one season whilst building work was going on !! If it meant an even better stadium then why not???

No, its more a money thing. SB said they will do it in order of age, so a new Main Stand (which would give much more capcity and more exceutive boxes), then the 'arfur, whitehorse & mayeb Holemsdale but I dont think they are looking to replace the last one soon.

Taking the bungy jump since 1964. Never to see John Jackson in a shirt again

Sorry to see Lee Hills go, did we ever see Alex Marrow? We did January 2013
