I love Delaney and I love Superman, but that is possibly the worst suggestion in the history of ever.

He's a classic case of signing a player for nothing who has quietly improved the defence significantly.

Before we got him in he wasn't even making the first team in a championship side and now he's a regular in the Premiership.

Not many players can boast that.

We thought that no one could replace Gardener......Now time has shown Gardener backed the wrong horse.

No - i think Gabbidon is the better player. But Delaney has a bit more time on his side.

Whilst I agree, he is certainly bigger physically. I also feel that he plays with more heart, but that's subjective.

Superman 3 was my favourite. Look out for the Richard Pryor table cloth trick (God rest his soul). Clark Kent versus Superman. What's not to love.

What number is Delaney? If it's three I'm gonna burst.

 

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.

On a general song point, I overheard one guy in the Holmesdale on saturday make a very valid point, We haven't had 'Walking Down The Holmesdale Road' sung all season.

The reason why? The HF can't drum along to it so wont sing along to it. Another guy tried to start the song but despite 15-20 people joining him, it petered out as the HF were chnating about postcodes....

I like the fact that we have three of these in Delaney, Bolasie and Moxey (until recently). Possibly Gabbidon as well? (until recently again)
