One of the teams going abroad is bound to get caught up in some trouble. Either a tear up with the locals or some other brits, or maybe a nice old-fashioned roasting and rape allegation. My money is on West Ham and Carroll.

I thought it was just the millwall youth team that travelled, surprised they took the lot with them, costly for a club fighting to stay up and probably losing a lot of money per season?

Was the first team too, I did hear of a large fleet of caravans at Dover, Perhaps they took their house with them too. No doubt Holloway in his VW Campervan with his Missus and Farmer Fred reading the map.

Perhaps it was a swap deal with all those Bulgarian and Romanian gyspies - we got the best of it reckon

Unfortunatly not, The Romanians stay here forever and the other Scum all came back again. So we are left with even more Pikees than we started with.

Perhaps somewhat jaded memories but I recall every time we have gone off for one of these mid season breaks we return and perform poorly in our next game. Perhaps somewhat jaded memories but I recall every time we have gone off for one of these mid season breaks we return and perform poorly in our next game.

I think it would be nice if our lads went to the Somerset Levels and helped out this weekend. Fcuk Dubai, warm weather and comfortable surroundings. It would keep our feet on the ground and be a fillip for the farmers/residents who have been through hell. We are Palace we do things differently.
