Gayle on for Ince Pundit on CNBC feed (sounds like Lee Dixon?) says Tony got his tactics wrong and sat back too long. Certainly Palace look more like scoring now than at any point in first 60 minutes.

In the end I think we paid them too much respect in the first half - but with Januzaj, Mata, RVP and Rooney who wouldn't? It's the games against the teams around us that we need to win - and have been winning. No need to get hung up on results like this one

I F*#%ing love Palace, there are non like us. I'm sitting in a bar in a backwoods back alley part of Amsterdam, full of Moroccans and Algerians who all think that we have the best supporters in the world. To them (a few Ajax fans...) this is one of the best Premier games that they've seen this season! Got line of beers in front of me from these guys.

Good thing is we do well against teams around us. Bad thing is that we rarely even get a point off top ten teams. What makes it worse is I think we have predominantly if not entirely top ten teams left to play at home.

to much space and repect given to united in middle of park, our middle field not closing them down . should be attaching old legs of uniteds back four right from the start but keeping our midfield and back four tight . bolaise should of started from the off
