Paul is a regular poresenter on the FYP podcast now too, and does a decent job for a comparative 'newbie' presenter.

I thoroughly recommend it if there is anyone out there who is not already a listener

Proud that we do this - mental health issues have been a stigma for far too long.

Agreed. 1 in 4 people will experience some form of mental health issue in their lives so it touches everyone, directly or indirectly.

The more we can do to remove the stigma and get these issues out in the open the better so well done CPFC for this initiative.
