Don't know if it has been mentioned before but I feel he deserves a good bit of praise since coming to the club.

He has brought a stabilising effect to the back 4. Watching him at the match on Satursday he seemed confident and marshalled the back line along with a good run with the ball deep into the Sunderland half Keep it up Scott!

Been very impressed, not just with his play but he is a good talker and motivator.

delaney and dann were fantastic against sunderland - won every header in tricky conditions and, along with speroni, mazza and ward, won us the game

The best signing we've made for quite awhile. He reads the game superbly and his calmness on the ball and passing are definitely a level above anyone else we have at the back.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

At the beginning of the season if someone would have told me that our defence would be our saving grace i would have laughed in their face. Our squad was built for the 'we'll score more than you' tactic, which was never going to work. This makes our moderate success this season all the more surprising.
