Personally think he's a 3-4 million pound player ATM. He is no where near where Wilf was when he left. Yes he has abit of flair has great pace but gets lost after the initial burst. It's like his feet are ahead of his brain.

Wilf could beat people for fun and finish if he didn't assist others.

Would be interested at the end of season to compare Yala's season with Wilfs last with us, then I think you would see the difference in class.

He's a different player to Wilf really. Bolasie is an out and out winger and has a decent cross. Wilf couldn't really cross all that well but was better centrally and had a better (still needs to work on it) finnish. Both create a lot for others. I would love to see Wilf back. I'd bloody love to accommodate them two and punch in the same side (not sure who is drop though!). Scare the shyt out of teams that would.

You say they are different but Wilf really was a winger with us almost until the last 4 or 5 games. Without checking I'd be will to wager that Wilf had a much better assist ratio, in fact better everything ratio. Not that I'm knocking Bolasie I think he has done extremely well for us this season.

Agreed would love Wilf back I could imagine playing Ledley and Jedi as holding midfield with Bolasie one side Punch the other and Wilf central behind Murray.

Behind Chamakh or a new striker for me.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

He's only going to get better.....The bigger clubs will have watched and been impressed but it isn't until he becomes a constant threat with assists and goals that offers will come in.

If he produces next season as well we will have to be on our toes.

Thank you for your lack of foresight Bristol City.

He might think twice before rushing off to a top five club after Zaha's experience thos season !

The difference between Wilf and Bolasie is that after a year in the PL, One has proven his worth in the PL and the other has not
And it's not the one we were all expecting it to be last season!

One has been given the chance whereas the other hasn't.

With Moyes gone from Man U it will be interesting to see if they still plan to offload Wilf, as was suggested a few weeks ago. Kinda hope they do so he can come back home, but I also wouldn't begrudge him a proper pop at the big time like he must've thought he'd get when Rab C. Nesbitt AKA Fergie snapped him up.

No doubt other clubs may be looking at yala but if I were him I would have a long hard think about wether or not it would be worth it to leave. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. He is in the right place now and for years to come. With TP at the helm and the players believing in him the his system and the board and with the best fans in the prem the future is looking very good.

Bolasie is one of our main threats, keeping the much hyped Ince on the bench.
He is a better Premier player than Zaha, who cannot get a game at Cardiff, just warming the bench.
The pace and power of Bolasie, means he is a Pulis favourite.

Lets not talk about Soares, he was a Dowie flop.

Definitely a great talent but as many others have expressed still alot of work to do. Can see other mid table teams being interested. Think he'll have an exciting season next season...hopefully it will be for Palace.
