Under 21S Contracts Expiring???

Does anyone think any of our U21's will be offered contract extensions upon the end of the season. I feel sorry for some of these lads, as they clearly had or have potential, I just think after progressing through the Under 18s, their is not enough competitiveness for them, which means a lot of these players development will stagnate. I believe Ibra Sekajja, Derek Tieku, Michael Chambers and Quade Taylor will see their contracts expire come the end of the season.

There are coaches at the club considerably more knowgeable than me (and you) and I trust them to retain the right players and release the dross; so should you.

Whatever happened to Cadogan and Djilali? Both bounced around the lower divisions for a few years. Djilali currently playing for Sligo Rovers in Ireland whereas Cadogan plies his trade with Barnet. I would't expect any of the players on expiring contracts to be renewed,and with Palace now being Premierhip one has to be really, really good to make it.

Didn't paritcularly state that I was mistrustful of the judgements of our coaching staff, more over the state of the u21 divisions and how after the u18s these young players go to a wasteland for a few years before being released. Quote bexleydave at 26 Apr 2014 9.38pm
