This post has been merged from a topic called 'Rudy Gestede' by Moose I've seen a couple of matches with Blackburn recently and Gestede, in my opinion, looks like a younger Glenn Murray. Wins everything in the air, holds the ball up well, and are always harassing defenders. With the right service from wingers this guy will score goals in the premiership.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Rudy Gestede' by Moose He didn't last time round with Cardiff, and he's way down the list of top scorers in the Championship, even Cameron Jerome has scored 4 goals more than him, and last season he could not hit a cows rear end with a banjo for us last season in the Premier League, he's found his level in the Championship and at Blackburns asking price of £7m way to expensive for a bench warmer, plus the strikers we have are better.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Rudy Gestede' by Moose Apparently Watford are close to agreeing a deal with Gestede. [Link] at 11.20 Having said that their manager is leaving so I can't see someone signing for a managerless club.
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

The guy would be a great signing and would fit in well, similar to Murray, big forward who is more mobile. Sign him up. Sg bilko have you seen him play or do you think because he's not had a good spell with a rubbish Cardiff team that he won't be any cop?

Having said that their manager is leaving so I can't see someone signing for a managerless club. ...Premier League wages and exposure are the answer to that question. Remember, he only has to play for Watford for a year. Once you get yourself in the shop window, if you do well the future takes care of itself. 20 teams, maybe four forward positions in each squad so if you get one of the 80 jobs available, you take it manager or not. I, too, had my doubts about Gestede until I saw him play a few times in the second half of the season. I now think he'd be an excellent signing. Potentially very good player.
