Conservative MPs have recently been hailing the success of British Drug Policy because the levels of use in society have dropped, despite the fact it has absolutely nothing to do with their policy (or the predecessors, or their predecessors). Sounds great. Except the pension (if you've paid in). Optimistic as ever
