Yep, clubs don't ignore a player with his scoring record for no reason. He's expensive but probably worth it with a normal injury record. With a bad injury record he's a drain. He'll either be a great signing staying injury free or be a nightmare. I doubt we're ones to throw all our eggs in one basket at £5-£6mil for one player for 4 seasons.

Come on people. West Ham know a good deal when they smell one and even they kept away from him after the medical and knowledge of his earning expectations, however they're structured.

Funny how all pundits think it's the best deal in history at £4mil yet never mention the rest of it and will be the first say how bad it is if he's on the treatment table for 6 months here and there.
