Hi Guys..... Do any of you have a wife/girlfriend/partner who is size 8/10? If so, could you ask her to measure her thigh, about 6-7" above the knee, and also to measure the widest part of her leg below that point? Why you may well ask? - well, I am making a hand-made lace-edged garter for a bride and have absolutely no idea how big or small it needs to be to fit the girl in question and as it's a surprise I can't ask her!(the daughter of an old friend). Answers please (in inches or centimetres)very gratefully received.

Congratulations becky - Most.Random.Post.Ever... in the 11 years I've been on The Hol. Size 8 means small and petite??? I'll ask my extremely hard of hearing 5ft and very slim Mum. Should be entertaining.
