- which should be "theirs", as in "his" or "hers".


Ah, and "its" as opposed to "it's" well I officially fell foul of my own rant!

The one I hate & I've seen it on hear twice today!! is 'Good luck with that one' A mate of mine a Manc who thinks he's a 'Noo Yawker' says it every other sentence.......

No Irony at all Peffers Balham born & bred just happen to Live in The USA. Love the country but still English. I've been here a while but apart from a few sayings & phrases I never use the local vernacular.

As I mentioned elsewhere "12 am" and "12 pm" really annoy me. There are no such times. It can't be midday AND post midday at the same time.

My colleague has just emailed a client asking "Would you like [Dulwichsteve] and/or I to attend on Thursday?"

If I wasn't a part of the question would he ask "Would you like I to attend on Thursday?" Probably!!
