wish I could think of something witty about Kermit being a Muppet. Probably not the right thread for it though. Rip once again Rebecca. A young mother of three dying of that absolutely awful disease is a tragedy no matter what walk of life she is from. I thought along those lines too. When something touches your life personally, it's a huge motivator. Let's hope he can eventually channel the weight of this tragedy into making a huge difference to other peoples lives.

I've been critical of some of Rio's antics in the past, but I truly feel sorry for him losing his wife and mother of his kids in this way. I'm saddened that some people have denigrated this thread with uncalled for comments.

Yes sad news indeed I met him in New York 6/7 years back and he seemed a decent sort to me & I don't suffer fools gladly. Theirs better times for digs Kermit & this isn't it.

I concur with these sentiments.My heart goes out to Rio and his kids at this sad time.Also to all the family and friends of Rebecca.Must be devastating for them all.
