Thieving cunds.

Is it, really though?

You may wish to obtain financial information from a more reputable source than The Mirror on future.

Actually, don't know why I am saying this. You will believe whatever s***w you wish to that supports your ideas rather than whether they are true or not.

Don't respond to my post. I have already done so for you above.

How is that thieving?
You can question the timing, or the promise that the public would get their money back, but thieving? Really? Or is it simply because they've offloaded a very large number of shares directly to pension funds etc?

FFS mate at least link to The Guardian article.

Quote
The £2.1bn of shares were sold at 300p – below the 337p at which they closed on Monday and less than the average 502p that the taxpayer paid for them. If all the shares were sold at this price, the loss would be £15bn.

Shadow chancellor Chris Leslie said the sale had been rushed, especially as the bank is awaiting a penalty in the US over the way it sold mortgage bonds before the crisis. That bill could reach as much as £8bn, according to some estimates.

Some key points.

Another is that the sale was only 6% of the shares. Of which hedge funds bought 60%

Lastly it was a bailout not an investment.

Feel free to make some of your own but please don't insult people with building site economics.

Do you really think that we flogged them cheap for quick cash or to do hedge funds a favour? You may well think it but you'll need more information than the price to prove it.

I'm guessing you'll get an answer along the lines of "technicalities" or "semantics".

Or even "well everyone kicked Gordon Brown about the gold!"

Optimistic as ever

Well I suppose its better than waiting till they reach about 450p and trying to sell a shed load.

That would only see the ar@e fall out of the price.

The f***ing hilarity is that Nick will only sell when the price is right.

Therefore Nick is down with the concept of capitalism and 'the right price'.

What a bellend. A commie living in Chislehurst and making out he has a better than us because he hangs out with t***s who make him feel better.

Laughable.
