Off to the above places in a couple of weeks time, and looking for some HOL suggestions of places to go.....and potentially a few things you may not find in the tour guides!

In Vegas for a stag do for 4 nights with a group of 15. Then me and 1 mate fly on to LA (staying in Santa Monica) for 4 nights and then 3 nights in NY to finish off.

Any must do's that are out of the usual touristy stuff.

Any good strip club etc suggestions welcome too!

Well the observation to the New World Trade Center has just opened to the public for the first time & Its getting rave reviews by all accounts. I might try it myself this Saturday. $32-00 to get in mind.

I'm jealous have spent many happy times working in USA. A couple of suggestions for slightly unusual things...I stayed in Santa Monica a few years back and used to hire a bike from around the Santa Monica pier area. There's a bike path (also used by joggers) which goes for miles both north and south, great fun for people-watching and also taking in the sights and sounds.
similarly there's a great cycle path around the rim of Manhattan, I went from Brooklyn over the bridge towards Battery Park then up the west by the Hudson River (where Sulley landed his plane!) and then across into Central Park.I borrowed a mate's bike but I bet there's loads of bike hire places. A great day out and not strenuous, it's all flat unlike bl**dy Dorking where I live!! Have a great trip.

Ok Ok 35 years younger but thats as far back I will go.
