I think Palace are covering the second and third choice striker options, as preferred options like Remy or Austin don't look likely. Surely Osvaldo must be 35th choice not 2nd?!

True , I think cantona was a much better player to be honest though , I mean if we can get him on a reasonable wage and get him to somehow behave ( impossible ) , he probably would be a quality signing , but it's all hope and pretty much everywhere within a short time he acts like a c* , if he does sign I just hope we have some clauses in there and don't tie him down on a 4 year deal. All the warning signs are there though , Southampton have taken a huge hit on him , must be around 25 million mark , and it must be because no one was prepared to pay a fee for him.
