Any Holers know about Tattoo's ?

Don't know much about tattoos' because I haven't got any myself, but I feel like I'm qualified to give an opinion, because my daughter Kim is a very accomplished artist here in Northampton. So I've seen a lot of good, and bad tattoos, and many of the good ones are 'cover ups' from efforts by 'scratchers'. Do you want me to arrange a cover up for you? I think a mighty eagle would look good!

Thankfully he done a good job on my Palace badge one. Glad the Palace one turned out good. I went to a tattoo bloke some years ago who had been doing the job for years and what I wanted was cougar on my forearm....it looks more like a squashed bloody cat....but as you say once its done its done so have put up with it for all this time. My Palace one I had done in Singapore some years ago but seeing as we have a new club badge I shall have to have another one next I go out there again maybe next year...

I wouldn't have got the design the OP chose, but each to their own. Hopefully the colour will sort itself out, but I'd go back and speak to them if I were you BBF. This is my latest. A 50th birthday present to myself:

Don't know to much about tatts I have a couple one I want covering. After watching tattoo fixers on Chanel 4 recently I'm so amazed what they can do these days. The detail and colour is fantastic. To the op looking at the picture your tatt was based on i would not be happy to be honest. if it was me I would find a new tattooist research them check out there ability and get them to have a go.

Nice Tattoo BBF. Would give it at least few more weeks to settle and am sure it will be ok. Some of mine have scabbed up a couple of weeks after they were done.

I have 1 or 2. Most are absolute poop though! Too late now to worry! Just get more around it if you're not happy, that way nobody will notice as all the others make it look better!

Some of the comments as always aren't very complementary. I suppose that can be expected on Hol! It does look a lot better on other photo's although I'm not too impressed with the Lion as others have said he looks like a Brighton supporting beast! Or like Parsley I didn't want to bother with the background sun burst, so it's more or less how I wanted it, Am just not that impressed with some of the colouring the white didn't come through very well at all although in fairness to the tattooist I did bleed quite badly! Cheers Skatman, Am happy enough was just worried about colour leaching ,it's going to be ok am sure, not that much can be done although am confident mine will be acceptable once finished.
