Star Trek Breaking Bad is recent so has an unfair advantage right now. There were other good series but they would not necessarily stand up to the scrutiny of modern standards. For example, Thriller.

Into season 3 of The Wire and its fantastic. Got Breaking Bad to follow when I've finished. Also starting liking Odyssey on BBC 2 but now 11 episodes in it's garbage....luckily only 2 to go!

Knightmare?! Are you serious? Even when I was a kid it was rubbish. It was just so easy! They'd get a spell and then one room later they'd have to use it. And they took AGES to decide anything so you got like two rooms an episode. The whole premise was ridiculous, I realised that when I was 8. Still watched it though.
Because they were thick as sh*t.
...we must expand...get more pupils...so that the knowledge will spread... |

The best series on at the moment is easily 'Mr Robot'. Its kind of a cross between Requiem for a Dream, Rain Man and Fight Club with Hackers. Brilliant stuff. I have almost no idea what is going on half the time, nor where the series is going (or how much might be real).
