Hi all,

I hope you've all had a good season break (disgustingly dull isn't!).

I've recently been hit with an issue on my AOL email account (a free account) whereby it has detected 'unusual activity' and has therefore locked me out.

This account is linked to a lot of important things and also represents my music profile as an aspiring artist, so I don't want to lose the account/name.

I've no idea if this is a temporary measure or what, Google is only throwing up the same and limited suggestions.

I don't have the facility to call the below number, but do have another user name with aol-alas there does not appear to be a contact email for this type of account.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so what can I do to resolve it?
