Certainly Norwich can feel a little aggrieved, but I feel we have enough talent in the squad not to have to rely heavily on luck.

Already a better than the last two seasons. Nothing lucky about it. Jerome's goal was an infringement anywhere else on the pitch, its an infringement in the box, and the referee missed a 'clear cut' penalty - a common occurrence for us the last two seasons.

Both Grabben and Murray missed sitters, but we scored three very well worked goals, they scored a lucky speculative effort.

If I were a Norwich fan, I'd be spitting feathers, but the fact remains I'd have been reasonably content (if not chuffed) with one point from the first two games - three from the first game with the Arsenal one yet to play is bonus territory for me.

Champions League!

Probably would as well, but then again that's the consistency of refereeing in this league. Probably the worst thing about the disallowed goal was all the pundits who thought it should stand, despite it actually being an established infringement.

The referees need help, its pretty clear that missing calls can swing a games result.

Less interpretation more following the rules. If your foot is high, its a foul, even if you don't take someones head 'off' with it.
