Apparently we're in for an absolute beast of bad weather from about 1am. The south coast is expecting to be hit especially hard as is the north of England as well.

This is supposed to be ongoing for 48 hours.

I like a good storm.

Either that or someone who's got a severe case of syphilis.

Absolutely chucking it down virtually all morning. Thunder and lightning as well. Not leaving home today. Hope no flooding for anyone.

It was p*ssing down with thunder and lightening when I left home at 05:30 this morning.

It turns out leaving the coat at home and trusting in an umbrella was a bad call, as was not putting boots on - got on the train with a soaking wet shirt and soggy socks.

Been non stop rain in Park Royal for over an hour, don't think it will stop so looks like I might as well get some more overtime in. As above, have umbrella but no coat. Short sleeves and flat pumps on. Going to be horrible going home tonight
