He's a right back first and foremost but can play at left back and has also played as a left winger.

Something doesn't ring quite true here...

If he's f and f a RB as claimed, then how come he's played LW with no mention of having played RW??!

The whole thing is shrouded in mystery. All we can say with any certainty is that no-one knows if he is a LB, RB or both. (Or neither?)

Surely therefore the only sensible solution is to buy him, play him as Player Without Portfolio, and then simply substitute whichever player he happens to double-up with. For Jack Cork.

Well he favours his right foot so I presume that's why he's seen as a right back. Don't fancy another right footed left back!
