So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Seriously though, he's a great player who deserves to play week in week out. Bournemouth will offer him that. He's the wrong side of 30 and we got 5 million. It suits everyone involved because you just know AP will have to stick with the 22 year old Wickham now and its not fair to let Murray rot.

If we offload players we aren't going to use, keep the ones we are then its a decent window. I would rather us keep a few quid for a January refresh if players we actually want / need aren't available rather than sign a new Kuqi or Fryers just so we are active on the last day of the window Perhaps we did all of our serious business early ??
