We needed to move Bamford up the pecking order so with Glenn leaving it will put him nearer the team. He came here to test himself in the Prem and we need to find out if he is up to it. If he is not then we will be in the market in January A very good post amongst some not so clever ones.
Jackson.. Wan Bissaka.... Sansom.. Nicholas.. Cannon.. Guehi.... Zaha... Thomas.. Byrne... Holton.. Rogers.. that should do it.. |

Excellent window kept Bolasie could have taken the money for Gayle but kept him.Added to the squad and gave Gayle Murray and Jedinak a chance to play elsewhere and only Murray took up the option, which I don't blame him for.All things considered very happy.

im not happy to have sold Murray and possibly gayle and jedinak and we sign nobody. I thought there was a chance of getting Austin. Why sell them knowing we are not getting anyone in as cover. Sitting 2nd and I for one am happy! Delaney and Souare, my only question marks, are proving themselves so I like what we've got, and we have plenty of back-up to cover them and any pozzy on the team - I'm happy and can't see anything to whine about.

We had two targets if the rumours were true, Hector and Austin. Hector preferred to go to Chelski and never to be seen again and Austin preferred to sit on his huge bloated salary at QPR. We never even made an effort to sign alternatives just for the hell of it and i'm glad we didn't. With this squad now minus FFS we currently sit 2nd in the table so not too much surgery required.

I COMPLETELY agree with this thread, no good signing this window for us, bring back signings like Moxey, Parr and Campana
